ভয়াবহ বন্যায় ফুলছড়ি উপজেলার ১নং কঞ্চিপাড়া ইউনিয়নের প্রায় ২০০ বাড়ী ঘর ভেসে গেছে। এখানে প্রায় ১৪০০০ মানুষ পানিবন্দী হয়ে পড়েছে।
